Do you offer a trial edit?
I am happy to offer several free Color Correction images as a trial if you have any hesitations about using an editor. This way, I can gain your confidence by demonstrating my ability to match your style!
Will my images look "photoshopped"? Or will my images look just like they would if I edited them myself?
Tailored editing solutions meet your specific needs, not mine. Whether it's creating a custom LR preset/brush+mask set for you, correcting skin tones or clothing colors, or fixing backgrounds, my personalized services to bring out the best in your photos. Your signature look remains true throughout the process, and your clients will never know that you've outsourced (unless you tell them)!
How fast is your turnaround time?
With my quick turnaround times, your edits are delivered promptly without compromising on quality. Turnaround times average 3-5 business days from when your order form is received, with some same-day availability depending on the job request.
I'm not a photographer but I have a photo(s) that need editing. Will you do this?
Yes, maybe! I am happy to edit your photos as long as they meet the following conditions:
-
The photos do not have a copyright attached to them that says they cannot be edited. This is the biggest potential issue that may cause your images to be UN-editable.
-
Your photos are high enough data quality to handle the edit you're requesting (I'll take a look and let you know!)
-
Your requests are within reason
I have several weddings coming up soon and I know I'll want to use you. Can I reserve these time slots with you in advance?
Yes, please do! Although my calendar feature isn't always accurately up to date with every project I have on my desk, if you email the details including wedding date, the date you'd like to have the edits back, and an estimation of how many images you think you'll be requesting, I can let you know how that time frame is looking and possibly pencil you in. It's helpful to know, too, if you predict additional service needs like culling. I can easily officially reserve the time for you on my schedule, as well. For larger orders, this may require a small deposit that will go toward your final project cost. If you have any questions, reach out at any time!
What if I don't like the edits you've sent me?
At Photo Fox Editing Boutique, your happiness is my top priority. I'm are committed to delivering high-quality edited images that exceed your expectations. When we first work together, I often communicate any questions that arise, making sure that I'm headed in the right direction. So, while it's unlikely that you'll be dissatisfied with your edits, I am happy to accommodate reasonable requests for re-edits when addressed within two weeks from file delivery. Because good communication is key in the editor/photographer relationship, I have never had a client who was dissatisfied with their re-edit.
How do I know if I need to send RAWs or just smart previews with a LrCat? Can you help me?
Well, this is a good question! (And yes, I can!) Will I be doing lots of local adjustments like brushes, filters, etc. on many of the images? My preference will likely lean toward RAW files in this case, so I can see the fine details better. Honestly, I prefer the RAWs in most cases. Will I be exporting your Jpegs for you? Send the RAWs. Is this a straight up Color Correction without any extra bells and whistles? Then just send the LrCat with smart previews, keep it simple and lighter on the data transfer! :) Photoshop work? RAWS, DEFINITELY! More questions, or COMPLETELY lost? Shoot me a message via the chat button or send me an email. I'm here for you!
