Lightroom Orders
To send your Lightroom files to Photo Fox, you can either send full RAW images, or you will export a Lightroom Catalogue (LRCAT) with Smart Previews. These steps are outlined for you below and are easy to follow.

Organizing your files
Image 1 - After you've culled the photos you'll keep, mark all of your SAMPLE EDITS with a color so that Photo Fox knows the direction you're headed for this edit (CMD + 6-9 will give you the color options). Note the red-marked images in the catalog pictured, for example. Alternately, images culled for editing can be marked with stars (1-5).
Images 2 & 3 - When you're ready to begin the exporting process, filter the selected images either through the metadata tab at the top using the filters or use the bottom right side of your screen where the filters are also located.
Exporting your files
First, select these marked images so that they can be exported. Since you've filtered the library view to only show the images you want to send to Photo Fox, all you have to do to select them is press Command + A on your keyboard (mac) or head to your toolbar and click Edit --> Select All. Each image should now be selected.
Image 4 - Now, go up to your toolbar and select Edit --> Export a Catalog. It's important that you choose the export option with "catalog" in it!
Image 5:
Part 1 - LR will prompt you to save this file. Save it in a NEW folder somewhere you'll easily find it. I recommend adding "PF" in the title along with the name of the client so that you can differentiate this catalog from your original files. For example, WilliamsWedding_PF would work great. Add the date, make it customized to your preferences! You get the idea. (The file pictured didn't have PF or edits in the name... so it got added into the sample image.)
Part 2 - If you're only sending smart previews: Before you hit save, ONLY SELECT "BUILD/INCLUDE SMART PREVIEWS". Now, hit Export!

Sending your files
Image 6 - Locate the new file you just created. When you open it, you'll see 3 items inside, ending with .lrdata, .lrcat, and .lrcat-data. Click image 6 to view these images.
Images 7 & 8- Go back to view the folder that contains these three LR files. Compress this file (or "archive" in mac world) by Right-clicking on the folder and selecting the option to compress the file. You're basically zipping up this folder so that it can send electronically to Photo Fox. This may take a few moments, but once your folder has zipped up, it's ready to transfer to Photo Fox!
Your zipped file can be sent to Photo Fox's dropbox (provided during intial account intake) or via your preferred method like WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc., as long as you provide Photo Fox with the appropriate access.

Photoshop Orders
To send your Photoshop files to Photo Fox, you will need to upload the camera's RAW files to Photo Fox.
After you've submitted your order form, you can upload your camera RAW files that need editing to either Photo Fox's upload link or you can use the site of your choosing (for example, WeTransfer, Dropbox, etc., just make sure to provide proper access). Appropriate RAW file formats end with extensions like .cr2, .cr3, .nef, .arw, .braw, and so on. You can check a list of RAW file extensions here.
